CAN I USE FARMSTRAW IN MY GARDEN?
FarmStraw is absolutely safe to use in your garden! That said, it’s important to note a couple key distinctions between FarmStraw and GardenStraw. GardenStraw undergoes an additional step for enhanced seed filtration and removal, eliminating as many wheat seeds as we can that could otherwise germinate. Additionally, FarmStraw and GardenStraw differ in their cut lengths. FarmStraw is designed to maximize absorption, softness, and comfort, while GardenStraw focuses on water conservation, weed control, and soil microbiome protection, all while staying in place in potentially windy conditions.
